3.5T Driver

We are currently seeking a dedicated 3.5T Driver with expertise in towing porta-loo cabins for a temporary to permanent position with one of our esteemed clients.

Job Description

We are recruiting for a talented 3.5T Driver to join our client's team as a Porta-loo Cabin delivery driver. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting porta cabins using Sprinter flatbed vehicles. Handballing tasks will be involved, requiring physical strength and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Operate 3.5-tonne vehicles safely and efficiently to transport porta-loo cabins.
• Secure and load/unload cargo following safety protocols and company procedures.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during deliveries.
• Assist with handballing duties, including lifting and maneuvering portable cabins as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in towing porta cabins or similar oversized loads preferred.
• CPC qualification and digital tachograph card.
• Good driving record with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to undertake overnight stays if required.
