Here are some of the things you will be doing:

Listening to calls made by our Contact Centre using our dialler supervisor tool. Identifying and reporting any concerns through an automated survey. Making informed decisions on what issues to flag, every time. Actively ensuring that quality is maintained in every call. Reaching out to potential customers to understand their experience from start to finish and addressing their concerns.
