The Role:

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across all year groups As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of students.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Support children with additional needs, including SEN and EAL, where required.
  • Promote positive behaviour and contribute to the social and emotional development of pupils.
What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Have experience working within a primary/secondary setting.
  • Demonstrate a caring and patient approach, with a genuine passion for supporting children’s education.
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Be adaptable and proactive, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
