Join a friendly team at Tiverton Hospital covering several different reception areas at Tiverton Hospital. You will need to be hard working with a friendly manner and prepared to work flexibly. Full training and support will be given.

The role entails covering multiple reception areas across the site. Providing excellent customer care, booking patients in to different clinics using multiple systems. Answering the phone, taking messages and updating systems accordingly. Answering queries and signposting to the most appropriate person.

The ability to stay calm in a busy environment and able to juggle conflicting demands is essential.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 0-0
