Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical and Pneumatic Control Panels: Experience in building, wiring, testing, and commissioning electric and pneumatic control panels.
  • Mechanical Assembly: Proficiency in assembling mechanical equipment, such as conveyors and robotic end-of-arm tooling.
  • Automation Systems Wiring: Ability to wire automation systems, including 3-phase motors, sensors, and valves.
  • Pneumatic System Installation: Skilled in fitting and running pneumatic lines, including valves and cylinders.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Competence in completing daily job sheets and checklists accurately and to the required standard.
  • Self-Motivation and Initiative: Ability to work independently, ensuring tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
  • PLC and Micro-controller Programming: Experience with PLC programming, including HMI displays, and micro-controller programming is advantageous.
  • Control Panel Assembly: Strong ability to assemble and build control panels, including all wiring and testing.
  • Mechanical Fitting and Assembly: Familiarity with mechanical fitting and assembly practices, and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Communication Skills: Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in reading and understanding electrical and pneumatic drawings.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrates a strong willingness to work and learn.
