We are seeking to appoint a Senior Manager, Learning & Talent Development to lead the execution of learning & Talent development strategies for MCC’s EMEA & APAC region.

The Role

In this prominent and value-addingrole, you will:

Design and lead training programs for hourly production teammates, to include skill assessment, identification of training needs, development of training resources, and increasing teammate engagement in learning. Establish and manage consistent internal career paths according to local context for shopfloor and professional staff according to organisation needs. Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address the needs. Design and/or facilitate workshops, training programs, and team-building activities that promote employee development and collaboration. Collaborate with TLOD, HR and senior leadership to develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies. Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.

The Person

To succeed in this role you will have:

Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all company levels and demonstrate strong emotional intelligence. Good conceptual and critical analytical capabilities to evaluate training alternatives. Technical training experience. 5-7 years or more of experience working in a training or HR function delivering enterprise-wide solutions in a complex, global organization. Experience in global HR programs and practices. Fluency in two or more languages (strongly preferred).
