DATA PROCESSOR / ADMINISTRATOR

PERMANENT 

SKELMERSDALE

FULL TIME – 9AM-5PM Monday to Friday

£23-£24k DOE

We are working with this successful wholesale business in the Skelmersdale area, who are recruiting for a hardworking, accurate Data Processor to join their team.

You will be:

• Processing high volumes of data onto various internal systems
• Checking data compliance
• Updating product specifications
• Updating sales trackers 
• Chasing missing documentation / data from suppliers
• Processing pallet documents
• Inputting pricing information
• Ensuring customers are fully set up on the system for the sales team
• Handling email correspondence 
• Running reports 
• Checking sales lines 
• Investigating discrepancies 
• Resourcing products 
• Supporting with any additional administration tasks

You will:  

• Have excellent accuracy and a keen eye for detail
• Possess previous data processing and administration experience
• Be hardworking and motivated to work on your own initiative
