This stunning 53bed home openedjust 2 years ago and offers its residents stateoftheart facilitiesunrivalled in the area to include a coffee shop/bistro hair& nail salon separate dining and lounge areas andlandscaped gardens whilst at the same time providing exceptionalstandards of care supported by the very latest care planning andnursecall technology.

Here at Ribble Court we providehighquality specialist/complex nursing care and residentialdementia care on separate floors with a personcentred focus basedon the needs and wishes of the residents maintained at alltimes.

As a Care Assistantat our home your role mayinvolve:

  • undertaking anynecessary training
  • supporting our residents withpersonal care and hygiene eating and getting involved with dailyactivities
  • providing emotional support andcompanionship
  • supporting our residents to livean enriched and fulfilled life focussed on their individual hobbiespreferences and abilities
  • maintaining high standards withinthe care home environment
  • working flexibly as part of ateam to ensure our residents' needs aremet

*Overtimeis paid for working over full time hours. However overtimeenhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and canbe withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
