Step into the role of a  Copywriter

This is an exciting opportunity to take on an integral role here at Joules Head Office  starting in   March 2025 .

As a Copywriter you will sit within our friendly and creative Marketing department. 

The Role

This is a full time, fixed term role covering maternity leave starting in March 2025.

As a member of the Copywriting Team, you will be expected to write suitable, on-brand copy across a range of channels, both on and offline. You will be tasked with developing creative-yet-commercial concepts, stories, one-liners, product descriptions, straplines and long copy as required. You will be expected to consistently deliver high quality work, on time. 

Assist with copywriting across all channels of the business including retail, design, partnerships and PR and top-line internal communications. Produce commercially strong copy appropriate to the channel and target audience, working with the marketing and creative teams to find the most compelling solution. Write engaging product descriptions that fit within the brand's tone of voice. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail at all times and assist in instilling this in others. Stay aware of competitor activity across all channels and ensure that Joules remains ahead of the pack for commercially compelling copy.  Play an active role in researching and developing new ideas within the team.

From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you have:

A relevant degree  Copywriting experience in an agency or in-house environment Fluent written / spoken English A portfolio that shows off your diversity and creativity An interest in lifestyle / fashion An ability to understand the Joules brand and its customers Comfortable working within Google Workspace (or a willingness to learn)
