Do you have a passion for organising successful events while driving sales and customer engagement? T9-Specialist is looking for an energetic Event Coordinator to help us deliver impactful event-based marketing campaigns for non-profit clients. In this role, you will coordinate and execute promotional events, working hands-on with our sales team to maximise engagement and donations. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and love working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and execute promotional events for non-profit organisations in various locations
  • Coordinate logistics, including event setup, staff schedules, and promotional materials
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective public engagement and increased donations
  • Engage with event attendees to present non-profit causes, encouraging support and donations
  • Provide event performance reports, tracking attendance, sales results, and feedback for future improvement
  • Ensure all marketing displays are visually appealing, professional, and aligned with the client’s messaging
  • Manage on-the-ground operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure seamless event execution
  • Collaborate with management to improve event strategies and meet sales objectives

Requirements:

  • Full right to work in the UK (no Tier 4 or PSW visas)
  • Must not have applied within the last 30 days
  • Prior experience in event coordination, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with the public and motivate team members
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to various event locations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
