Project Manager - Multi Site Project

Hays are currently recruiting a Senior Project Manager to support a multi-site project in Devon. As a Project Manager, you will work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues from various departments, including Payroll, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and more.  Your role will be pivotal in creating a better future for others by managing construction and renovation projects within the public sector. If you’re looking for a rewarding and success-driven role, then this could be for you. 
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering projects with budgets ranging from £50,000 to £500,000.Managing multiple projects at different stages of development across various disciplines and establishments.Overseeing low value, high volume minor work projects.Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 3 years managerial and technical experience in project delivery for construction and renovation works.Proven experience of managing project budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.Project Management qualifications.Experience in the public sector, defence, or similar fields is preferred.Valid driving licence.Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills.
