The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated MLD Teacher to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering tailored educational experiences that inspire and support our students. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans tailored to the needs of students with MLD.

- Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education.
- Continuously assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching students with MLD or SEN.
- Strong understanding of strategies and approaches for supporting children with moderate learning difficulties.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to the well-being and development of every student.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement in education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
