OBJECTIF DU POSTE : 

Le but de ce poste est d’assister le Head of Supply Chain du Bureau Régional et le Régional Procurement Manager à mettre en place un service compréhensif, efficace et flexible pour permettre un bon fonctionnement du Régional Procurement Unit et la gestion des actifs. Ceci inclut le traitement de données, la maintenance des tableaux de bords.

Sous la supervision directe du :  Régional Procurement Manager

DOMAINES CLES DE RESPONSABILITE:

Support des activités du Supply Chain/Procurement au Bureau Regional (50/50), Aide au maintien des différents trackers, base de données fournisseurs et autres rapports physiques et électroniques,  Archivage et mise à jour des dossiers d’achat du bureau régional électroniquement et physiquement, Maintenance et mise à jour hebdomadaire de la liste de prix et des fournisseurs à partager avec tous les départements,  Aide au maintien du registre des actifs du Bureau Régional en collaboration avec les IT et les finances Marquage et tenue du répertoire du matériel dans la liste des actifs, des équipements du Bureau Régional en coordination avec les ITs et les Finances.  Assiste dans les activités d’achats de biens et services qui devront se faire en conformité avec les procédures SCI et procédures bailleurs, Responsable de la distribution des commandes aux demandeurs

Politique de Sauvegarde de l’enfant  : 

Contribuer à assurer le respect du programme et de l'organisation aux normes essentielles en matière de responsabilité comme indiqué dans le ‘quality Framework'. Respecter et promouvoir la politique de sauvegarde de l’enfant et les procédures locales ainsi que créer un environnement favorable pour signaler les cas. Contribuer selon leurs rôles/responsabilités à identifier les activités relatives à la sauvegarde de l’enfant (la sensibilisation, le renforcement des capacités et le matériel de communication) dans les activités de projet et le budget tout en révisant les propositions.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Une personne qui souhaite acquérir une expérience pratique, Avoir un Diplôme Universitaire du premier cycle, ou un BTS dans l’une des filières suivantes : Management  Logistique/Achats  Comptabilité/Marketing,  Informatique.

EXPERIENCE

Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office Suite et SharePoint, Capacité d'auto-organisation et de proactivité dans la gestion des taches, Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et communiquer avec des clients internes et externes BTS ou DEUG I, Maitrise de l’Anglais très souhaitée.

Le titulaire du poste est tenu de s’acquitter de ses tâches conformément aux politiques et procédures de SCI sur l’égalité des chances et la diversité.
