What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for teaching in UK primary schools.
  • Active Enhanced DBS Certificate: If you do not have a DBS on the update system, we at Teaching Personnel can assist with obtaining one.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a primary school setting is highly desirable, but we also welcome enthusiastic NQTs and ECTs who are eager to build their teaching career.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: A positive attitude towards new challenges and the ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments.
  • Strong Classroom Management Skills: Ability to create a well-ordered and engaging learning space, even at short notice.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents, maintaining professional relationships across different schools.

Why Join Teaching Personnel?

  • Variety and Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom to choose assignments that fit your schedule, with the opportunity to work in a range of schools across the New Forest.
  • Professional Development: Access to CPD courses and resources to enhance your teaching skills and career progression.
