Job Description
What is the role?
Being Care Professional, involves supporting with several tasks:
Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes. Assist with daily activities such a personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Foster a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and dignity. Build meaningful relationships and engage in social activities with clients. Communicate effectively with clients, their families and healthcare professionals.At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:
Competitive pay - £13.15 per hour. Minimum 1-hour calls – with client matching for continuity. Schedule Availability -We are looking for candidates who are available to work from 4pm to 11pm and weekends all-day. Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training and other opportunities to develop your career further. Pension Scheme Other benefits including Exclusive discounts schemefor shopping and utilities and a 24/7 access to Employee Assistance Programme (Health Assured).
Qualifications
No experience or qualifications necessary, as we have a streamlined recruitment process which includes a two-day induction, with online e-learning, in a supportive environment.
Additional Information
Again, this role specifically seeks candidates whose availability is between 4pm to 11pm.
