Salary : £25,574.64 parising to £26,208 pa after a successful 3-m probation period

The Role:

Wehave a number of opportunities for Production Operatives to join the friendlyteam at our Leominster factory. The job entails carrying out a variety offactory skills safely and efficiently, using complex equipment to ensureproduction is maintained to the highest level. The role of Production Operativeis wide-ranging and offers a great deal of variety with full training - youwill be trained to operate the line (packing or process) complete dailyroutines, perform checks and report defects.

The working hours forthe role are 4 on 4 off days and nights. 12-hour shifts 6-6. This meansyou will work 4 dayshifts (6am-6pm), 4 days off and then 4 nightshifts(6pm-6am). Due to our idyllic, rural location, you will need your owntransport

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience within manufacturing or the food industry (highly desirable)Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing (desirable, although bespoke training is provided)A good standard of literacy and numeracy in EnglishThe ability to take ownership and accountabilityThe ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and accuracy is imperativeThe ability to work independently as well as within a team
