The successful applicant will play a key role in the implementation of the performance assurance and reporting framework of the Health Board. You will work closely with the Directors/Service leads across the Health Board to support capacity/demand planning and service delivery objectives aligned to the National and Local strategic goals and operational plans of the Health Board.
The role will focus on interpreting and analysing a range of complex data to identify relationships between data from different sources to inform decision making. This role requires an eye for detail and good skills in the interpretation of data to identify trends and where areas of improvement are needed. The role will focus on providing detailed analysis and planning for future capacity requirements, and in investigating and improving areas where performance is not meeting National and local targets.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills who can engage across the Health Board and work collaboratively to identify and support in the improvement of Performance across the Health Board.
Main duties of the jobPLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM STAFF CURRENTLY EMPLOYED BY BETSI CADWALADR UNIVERSITY HEALTH BOARD
The post holder will use the information obtained from multiple sources, working closely with Directors and Service leads to focus work for immediate improvement. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the requisite level of performance analysis of soft and hard intelligent takes place to identify and report on potential performance hotspots.
Provide briefings, statistical reports, query reports, presentations, formal, written communications and represent the Health Board at a range of public and private meetings.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
