Disrepute is an elegant and intimate cocktail bar in the heart of Soho; it combines 60's counterculture and the best of London's cocktail culture today, offering an expertly curated drinks menu where established ideas meet modern thinking. What We Need:
As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Management Team in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your focus will be on maintaining a high level of customer service, managing the bar staff, and contributing to the bar's overall success.
Disrepute is open until 3 am Monday - Saturday and 1 am Sunday, the role will require late night / early morning work.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in opening and closing procedures for a late-night bar.
- Ready to run off-peak shifts.
- Build relationships with all employees.
- Guide and motivate the Team towards delivering unforgettable experiences and support their development.
Skills and Experience:
- We're looking ideally for an experienced supervisor looking to grow into Management.
- Experience in a top class bars within the UK or European scene
- First-class knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for mixology.
- High levels of fluency in English due to the bespoke nature of our service
- A second language due to tourist presence in the area (preferably Spanish)
- Resilient and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, hardworking and a team player.
- Knowledge in running a shift and hosting as well as turn over table to accommodate walk ins
- Confident, self-motivated, and driven professional.
- A multi-tasker who is fast and charismatic.
- Familiar with stock management, rotas and/or licensing.
