About the Role:

Our client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Part III Architect to join their expanding office. You'll be working directly under the supervision of one of the Associate Architects & collaborating with other Architects and Technologists. You will be involved in creating detailed drawings, producing planning applications, developing 3D technical drawings and be involved in new building designs from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match clients needs and to produce sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.


Requirements:

You'll need a recognized Part I, Part II and Part III Qualification in Architecture.

Experience in AutoCAD is essential and some experience working with Revit - advantageous.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite, InDesign and SketchUp - beneficial but not essential.


Duties:

- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high quality, innovative, and functional design.

- Lead the detailed design process and coordinate design information.

- Carry out site visits to check project progress and report on the project.

- Develop ideas and concept designs, considering client needs, building usage, and environmental impact.

- Produce detailed drawings/documentation for planning applications.

- Manage the work of architectural assistants/technologists and contribute to the overall running of the practice.
