About the team and the role

EAT Creative

Putting the eat into Creative, the Creative and Branding has rebranded itself as EAT Creative, Ocado’s internal creative agency.

EAT Creative is responsible for all the creative that goes into Ocado’s CRM, Merch/Ecomm, Trade Campaigns, Paid Media, Branding and Social: both paid & organic.

Whatever we’re creating, there are always new and exciting ways in and we’re constantly looking on how to speak to our customers better, getting them to engage with our brand and grab their attention.

And in order to do that, and keep the massive creative machine working, it takes a Creative Ops team like you’ve never seen. Delivery Managers and Producers collaborate with people from across the business to ensure projects are running smoothly from beginning to end.

Each person is responsible for a different channel (mirroring most of the customer team) collaborating with the Brief Owners, Creative Lead and Creative Team. There is crossover and a lot of coordination so if you’re up for something fast-paced, creative, challenging and a lot of fun, join us

What you’ll do

Deliver consistent and considered digital artwork for Ocado’s banners onsite Working with the senior digital designer on monthly promotions onsite Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative that drives customers to engage with our brands. Communicate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that all artwork is delivered on time and to specification. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design to ensure the creation of best-in-class assets. An understanding of creating print-ready work is a plus. This is predominantly a digital art-working role To deliver pixel-perfect promotional banners for the Ocado site, working alongside the senior designer To provide a high-speed service in producing digital banners at a pace To work with style guides and templates on a daily basis To offer knowledge and skill to the E-Commerce team when producing assets for the Ocado site

Who you are

Excellent skills in Figma, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator A good understanding of digital design production, optimisation and preparing banners for onsite channels UX / UI Experience (desirable) Previous experience in a similar role working in a busy agency/in-house studio environment. Attention to detail with an eye for perfection with a natural ability to understand guidelines. Previous experience working across E-coms/digital channels Excellent at Setting multiple SKU files up for desingers Demonstrates Integrity, positivity, efficiency, thoroughness, tenacity and proactivity. Excellent presentation skills, passion and belief when presenting ideas to ensure buy-in. A brand guardian, ensuring all work fits within Brand Guidelines. Outstanding skills across all design software. Understanding of working with HTML banners, set up and publishing, when needed (desirable) Organised, resilient, self-motivated and dependable. Advanced research and problem-solving skills. Ability to work within a team as well as with clients
