Leader Education are working within Mainstream schools to help with inclusivity and providing 1:1 support workers to support children with Special Educational Needs.

Students can have a range of different needs from ASD, MLD, Mobility, SEMH, and Medical needs - there will be teams to work alongside and who will offer guidance and help you get to know the students.

Most of our schools within Leeds have great public transport link

Requirements for working with Leader Education and partner schools:

  • Previous experience of working with children within the last 2 years - Ideally within a school setting however transferable skills are accepted
  • Valid references to cover the last 2 years
  • Hold or undergo a new Enhanced DBS check on the update service
