Working Hours:

Monday - 9.30-12pm and Tuesday - 11.30-3pm

Parents are looking for support on a Mon 930-12pm and Tues 1130-3pm with a driver carer to support taking to equine therapy and swimming.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, settling during the night.
  • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
