We’re looking for a Group Reward and Performance Manager to join our Head Office team in Kings Hill, Kent.

In this brand-new role, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead the design and implementation of our organisation's reward and performance strategies.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates our global workforce.
  • Design and manage performance management systems to drive high performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of reward and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee salary reviews, budgeting, and benefits administration to ensure competitive compensation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to promote global consistency and efficiency in reward and performance practices.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all reward and performance initiatives.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in a senior reward and performance role.
  • Strong understanding of various reward models and performance management frameworks.
  • Expertise in job evaluation and grading methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Desirable

  • Experience in the fresh produce industry is desirable but not essential.
  • The ability to navigate organisational change and lead through transitions.
  • Advanced data analysis skills to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Experience working in multinational environment and understanding of cultural nuances.
