Join our team as a Cocktail Bar Person and be part of something extraordinary  With an exciting summer season on the horizon, we're expanding our workforce and seeking passionate individuals to create amazing cocktails in our designated bar in the Rooftop restaurant.

As a Cocktail Bar Person, you'll craft delicious and visually stunning cocktails that leave our guests coming back for more. Your creativity and attention to detail will shine as you concoct signature drinks and provide personalized recommendations to our patrons.

  • No evening dinner service unless exclusive, private dining is required 
  • Reduced working hours on Sundays 

Duties and responsibilities include: 

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcohol beverages for Rooftop patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
  • Personally deliver cocktail making classes to small gatherings around the bar
  • Using recipes, mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present the bar menu with the Rooftop Catering Manager
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish the bar inventory and stock levels
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

To be successful in this role you must have:  

  • Proven working experience as a Bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of preparing, mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Relevant and previous experience
  • The ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure

An appreciation of health and safety legislation is also advantageous. You will be serving alcoholic drinks and therefore it is a legal requirement that applicants must be aged 18 and over. 

This is a full-time, permanent position, for 39 hours based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, working a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
