About the Role:  

We are currently recruiting for three NQSWs posts, one is a position in our hospital team and two will be based in our adult learning disabilities team. Both teams require you to assess adults under the Care Act as well as providing support in the community.

All NQSWs will take part in the -month ASYE programme. The Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) ensures that Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) receive consistent support in their first year of practice to become confident, competent, and resilient practitioners. This is open for those who have or will receive their social work qualification in the next coming months and wish to be considered for the ASYE programme in Lambeth. 

If appointed, upon successful completion of your ASYE you will move into an Social Worker position earning up to £, pa LW
