Join My Care Team – I Need Your Help in Canterbury

Hello I’m a child living in Canterbury, and I’m looking for a kind and caring person to join my care team. I need support during the night to make sure I’m comfortable and safe while I sleep.

I live with complex care needs so you will work with me on a long-term basis. I’m looking for someone who has experience in personal care, PEG feeding, suctioning, ventilation, epilepsy and tracheostomy care-(Although not essential).

You’ll get full paid training, with ongoing specialist training and detailed support from my amazing team at Superior Healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

  • Night Shifts
  • If you need more work, there are extra day and night shifts available with other children and adults in Canterbury and nearby.
  • You’ll be part of a small team, working with me regularly.

What You’ll Get:

  • £13.31 – £15.97 per hour.
  • Up to £26.62 per hour on bank holidays.
  • Full paid training, ongoing paid specialist training and refreshers.
  • Holiday pay and a great pension.
  • A Blue Light Card – and Superior Healthcare will pay for it
  • A £50 Amazon voucher if you refer a friend.
  • Access to the employee assistance programme and menopause support.
  • Ongoing support from my fantastic team of nurses and field care supervisors.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting children with complex needs.
  • Be able to work at least two shifts a week.
  • A UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
  • You need to already be living in the UK, we can’t offer sponsorship.
