Bilingual Teaching Assistant

Job Type:Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary:£83.85 - £83.85 Per day
Job Duties:- Assist in the delivery of classroom activities under the guidance of the lead teacher
- Provide language support to students with limited English proficiency
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Assist with classroom management and student supervision
- Fluency in English and a second language- WELSH MEDIUM
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and the second language
Experience:Prior experience working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of educational principles and practises
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Additional training in language teaching or education
- Work in a school setting with children and teachers
- Full-time hours, temporary position
- Potential for additional training and development opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
