Health Alliance Primary Care Network is seeking enthusiastic, forward-thinkingGPs to join our team on a fixed-term salaried contract until 31 March 2025. Weoffer up to 8 sessions per week, with the possibility of contract extensiononce further guidance from NHSE is available.
Youll have the unique opportunity to work across our 3-6 practices, allof which are rated "Good" or "Outstanding" by the CQC, withone being a training practice.

Main duties of the job
As a GP with Health Alliance Primary Care Network, you will play a vital role indelivering patient care, following the GMS contract and Enhanced Servicesobjectives. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting routine and urgent appointments, both face-to-face and viatelephone, ensuring high-quality care.
Prescribing according to local and national guidelines.
Handling home visits for routine and emergency cases.
Managing administrative tasks, such as letters, results, referrals, andemails, in a timely manner.
Making appropriate referrals and managing related admin.
Checking and signing repeat prescriptions to maintain care quality.
Providing cover for colleagues in emergencies, considering individualcommitments.
Participating in on-call sessions as per pro-rata hours.
Supporting Extended Hours services, enhancing patient access.
Collaborating with other health and social care providers to deliverintegrated care.
Maintaining accurate consultation records using the Emis system.
Offering clinical support to colleagues, helping the team meet highstandards in patient care and QOF/Enhanced Services targets.
This is a dynamic role that offers both patient care and teamcollaboration in a supportive environment.

Coordination ofServices Facilitate communication between patients and otherhealth services, ensuring a smooth and efficient care process.
Training and Support Mentor and support other healthcare staff, fostering a collaborative teamenvironment.
