We are looking for a Programme Manager to work at Harnall Lifehouse, Harnall Lane West, Coventry CV1 4EZ. Harnall Lifehouse is an eighty bedded centre for homeless people with complex needs. The centre is for over 25’s, clients can stay for up to two years. There are also five emergency beds for rough sleepers for overnight stays.
The Programme Manager will have key working relationships with the local authority housing team and rough sleeper team, Police, Benefits Department, Specialised agencies, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
The role of Programme Manager is central to achieving positive outcomes for our vulnerable clients and has operational responsibility for a specific area of programme within the service.
You will ensure the programme you co-ordinate maximises client input and emphasises choice and control in all areas of service delivery.
You will be part of the management team producing a high quality and cost-effective service, deputising for the Service Manager when required. You will monitor service delivery in line with contractual and organisation requirements.
You may have a Project management qualification, First Aid certificate and Knowledge of the state welfare benefits system.
