DescriptionAs a Junior IT Support Engineer at Tillo you will be responsible for assisting managing internal IT, servicing teams and systems across our rapidly growing business.
You’ll have the opportunity to grow into the role and progress into areas of responsibility and interest.
You will be working with all teams to ensure their IT needs are met, including projects to roll out & managing new productivity tools as well as the ongoing support.

If successful, you will look after
  • Device management (laptops/mobile devices)
    • macOS & Windows administration
    • iPhone MDM
    • Secure disposal of devices when no longer needed
  • Admin for business IT systems & productivity tools e.g.
    • Google Workspace & Microsoft Office/365
    • Productivity tools inc Hubspot & Slack
    • Email signature management (Exclaimer)
    • Bitwarden Password Manager
    • Company-wide Cybersecurity Training (KnowBe4)
    • SaaS management (Cledara)
  • Office IT
    • Printers
    • Meeting rooms (Google Meet hardware - Logitech Rally System / Rally Bar)
    • Cleaning and repurposing devices
    • Phone systems (virtual & physical)
  • Supporting the existing IT department
    • Supporting the Tillo team in their IT needs, both in the office and remote workers

About youYou're an ambitious individual with basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS) looking for a role in which you can build on your existing IT skills.

You'll need:
  • Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and mobile device management (MDM)
  • Administration skills for device management and user account management
  • Security awareness and adherence to cybersecurity best practices
  • To be comfortable working from our Hove office 3 days a week
And although it's not essential, it'd be great if you have:
  • Awareness of basic security compliance (e.g. Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001)
  • IT support experience 
  • Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • An understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Platforms Jumpcloud, NinjaOne
  • Jira administration experience
