Nursery Room Leader

This beautiful Day Nursery in Fleet are looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to support and lead their under 2s Unit.  A fantastic opportunity to join this lovely group of nurseries.  salary is c£27,500 plus depending on experience with lots of great benefits.

Requirements
Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
