Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SIMS Administrator to join their administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our School Information Management System (SIMS) to ensure the smooth operation of our school's data management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update student records in SIMS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and data analysis to support school management and decision-making.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of SIMS.
- Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders regarding student data.
- Assist with the administration of admissions, attendance, and assessment data.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and school policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SIMS Administrator or in a similar administrative role within an educational setting.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in the use of SIMS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
