As an Assembly Fitter, you'll be partof a dynamic team working with cutting-edge tools and industryleaders in aircraft production. You'll have the chance to work onprestigious aircraft models like the A320 and A330 family, usingadvanced equipment such as zero gravity lifting and snap-oncomputerised toolboxes.

You'll work on aregularly rotating shift pattern, covering dayshifts andnightshifts (which include a premium shift payment of 38.5% of yoursalary). Occasionally, there'll be options for working bridgingshifts and weekend shifts too.

What doI need?
You'll already have Fittingexperience from a previous role, ideally in an Aerospace orAutomotive environment. We're looking for someonewith:
  • A completed Apprenticeship in MechanicalEngineering.
  • The ability to follow technicaldrawings, specs, procedures, and testinstructions.
  • A desire to learn and understandthe basic principles of production flow lines, and takttimes.
  • Knowledge of COSH and flow linemethodologies is ideal, but not essential for you toapply
