Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - Manchester - Salary up to £48,000

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a mobile commercial gas engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial contracts around Manchester and surrounding area's for a well-established general Electrical/Mechanical & Building works company offering a range of planned and reactive services in the construction industry. . The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems.
  • Occasional requirements of planned and reactive maintenance to plumbing works
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance work performed.
  • Small installation works as and when required.
  • Work flexible working hours to suit business requirements.
  • Form part of the out of hours call out rota, attend emergency repair works as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with a skilled team to achieve client objectives.
Person Specification:

  • Hold in date Commercial Gas Tickets
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • DBS, financial and employment background checks
  • Be able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial facilities maintenance.
Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary up to £48,000 DOE on a 42.5 hour week
