As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.


The Opportunity

Do you have proven experience in delivering fast pace social content for music labels or brands?

We Are looking for a Content Creator We're looking for a highly skilled, music-obsessed content creator to take over the content creation for a global music brand. The content is at the cutting edge of Black music culture, so we need a social creative on the pulse of what matters to this audience – as knowledgeable about UK R&B, Afro, Rap and Caribbean music You will have previously been a content creator who has has turned images into memes, interviewed artists, filmed TikToks, captured BTS and ran the community management on social channels.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Created social first content for music labels or brands
  • Ideated TikTok content ideas that has been adapted by the client
  • Captured, edited and executed daily social content on a phone that has gone viral or been highlighted by the client for its impact
  • Ensured number of internal reviews are kept to a minimum
  • Have contributed to excellent client satisfaction scores with global clients

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Experience establishing a direct relationship with the client and become the go-to person for the client for content ideation and execution.
  • Always takes full accountability for your results/deliverables
  • Being solutions-driven and be confident in vocalising them 
  • Experience minimising the need for clients/stakeholders to escalate issues above you or to require unnecessary input from my colleagues
  • Will Contribute new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
