We’re proud of what we do, and the people we work with. We have ambitious growth plans for the future, now employing over 700 people and growing all the time.

Developments are designed to take away all the hassle and fears that can be experienced by older people and provide security, peace of mind and independence.
We’ve won a host of awards; including being recognised by The Sunday Times as the 03rd Best Company to Work for in the UK and became the first ever retirement living specialist to be crowned overall ‘Housebuilder of the Year’ by the WhatHouse? Awards 2016.
About the role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll successfully manage the high-quality finishing aspects of our one and two bedroom retirement apartments, working to tight deadlines to ensure the development is completed to the highest standard and handed over snag free.
You will be responsible for snagging, organising sub contractor, completing the necessary snag lists, maintaining, and promoting Health & Safety and environmental stands and reporting the progression of the site to the Site Manager.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Retirement Living’s desirable developments.
Hours of work are between 7.30am to 4.30pm. It may be necessary to work additional unpaid hours from time to time and occasional weekend working.
About you
