Charge Nurse

Haddington Home is looking to appoint a Charge Nurse (RGN/RMN) on a permanent basis (Nightshift)

Our purpose-built care home, established in 2018, offers exceptional levels of Nursing, Residential & Dementia Care for up to 68 residents

We expect our Charge Nurse (RGN/RMN) to be able to care for residents in the home in accordance with best practice, ensuring residents and visitors are always treated courteously and with the highest respect.

Charge Nurse Contract

•           £22 per hour
•           44 hours per week
•           Pension
•           5.6 weeks holiday per annum
•           Onsite parking
•           PVG
•           Uniform provided

About You

As Charge Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will have a valid NMC registration and will take ownership to keep up to date with clinical best practices. You will be responsible for auditing and rota management, management of medications and supervision of staff with continual development of good practices throughout the night team.

Prior experience working in a care home would be desirable.
