Fabricator/ Welder

Basic Pay £12.81 - 14.80

Overtime £17.51- 22.47

We run various shift patterns ranging from

Early shift (6.00 - 15.30) Monday – Thursday

Back shift (15.00 -12.30am) Monday – Thursday

Day shift (7.00 -17.00) Monday – Thursday

Night shift (19.00 - 4.30) Monday – Thursday

Weekend shift (6.00 – 18.00) Friday - Sunday

Shift Premium is an additional £2.77 per hour for Back shift/ Night shift and Weekend shift

Shift Premium is an additional 0.87p per hour for Early shift

Pre- Entry Qualification/experience

General Fabricator / Welder experience required. Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not mandatory. MIG, TIG and/or Apprentice or similar training as a Welder. Training will be given in house.

Duties
  • To prepare and assemble metal components for welding
  • Using hand and machine tools cut, drill, linish and bend stainless steel components
  • Assembly of finished parts
  • Welding of metal fabricated items using MIG, TIG and MMA
  • Use of oxy-acetylene for cutting/burning
  • Preparing and assembling metal components for welding and subsequent welding
  • Using hand and machine tools to cut, drill, finish and bend stainless steel components.
  • Assembly of finished parts
  • Welding of metal fabricated items using, MIG, TIG and MMA.
