About the job
  • Perform routine services and repairs on vehicle engines, transmission, brakes, air conditioning, security features, fuel systems etc.
  • Carry out electronic vehicle health checks
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
  • Road test vehicles on completion of repair / service work
The right candidate
  • Qualified vehicle technician – (NVQ Level 3, IMI/C&G or equivalent)
  • Full UK manual driving licence with less than 6 penalty points
  • Confident technical knowledge of a range of vehicle makes and models gained from main dealer experience
  • Excellent communication skills, as you will be face-to-face with customers on a daily basis
