This role involves coordinatingcrossfunctional teams and large SI s managing project timelines andbudgets and ensuring successful delivery of integration projectsthat align with businessgoals.KeyResponsibilities:ProjectPlanning andManagement:
  • Defineproject scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration withsenior management and stakeholders.
  • Developdetailed project plans including schedules budgets resourceallocation and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress ensuring timely deliverywithin budget andscope.
TeamLeadership:
  • Lead andmotivate project team members providing clear direction and supportthroughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitateeffective communication and collaboration among crossfunctionalteams including IT supply chain and businessunits.
  • Conduct regular team meetings statusupdates and projectreviews.
Integrationand TechnicalOversight:
  • Overseethe integration of SAP S4HANA with IBP ensuring seamless data flowand process synchronization.
  • Coordinate withtechnical teams to design configure and test integrationsolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with bestpractices and industry standards for SAPintegration.
StakeholderManagement:
  • Engagewith key stakeholders to gather requirements address concerns andmanage expectations.
  • Provide regular projectupdates and ensure alignment with businessobjectives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshopsand training sessions asneeded.
Risk andIssueManagement:
  • Identifypotential risks and issues related to the integration project anddevelop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor andmanage project risks escalating issues to senior management whennecessary.
  • Ensure timely resolution ofprojectrelatedproblems.
QualityAssurance:
  • Implementquality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliabilityof integration solutions.
  • Conduct thoroughtesting and validation of integration components beforedeployment.
  • Ensure documentation of allintegration processes andconfigurations.
Experience:
  • Minimumof 5 years of project management experience focusing on SAPenvironments.
  • Proven experience in managing SAPS4HANA to IBP integration projects.
  • Strongunderstanding of supply chain processes and SAP IBPfunctionalities.
Skills:
  • Excellentproject management skills including planning scheduling budgetingand resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership andteam management abilities.
  • Handson experiencewith SAP S4HANA and IBP modulesintegration.
  • Solid understanding of integrationtechnologies and methodologies.
  • Exceptionalcommunication presentation and stakeholder managementskills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projectssimultaneously and work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • PMP PMIACP or similar projectmanagement certificationpreferred.
