Locumprime is a well-established recruitment agency specialising in the pharmacy, optometry, and healthcare sectors.

We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant with at least 1 year in the recruitment sector to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will be working in the office Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good communication, writing, and people skills.
• Outstanding organisational and administration skills with attention to detail.
• Energetic and driven attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• A willingness to continually develop recruitment methods to improve performance.
• Good Excel and computer skills.
• Good understanding of recruiting via social media.

Desirable:

• Previous exposure to a busy environment.
• Previous experience in a customer/people-facing role.
• Experience in a telephone-based role, managing and developing relationships.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source relevant candidates for job vacancies.
• Acquire new clients and candidates through active cold calling and social media.
• Maintain a professional image of the company and promote the business at every opportunity.
• Ensure that candidates meet compliance checks as required by clients and relevant governing bodies.
• Collaborate with the admin team to assist with daily tasks.
• Communicate with clients regarding invoice settlement/negotiation.
