About the role

The Microsoft 365 (M365) Developer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the digital employee experience. They collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive adoption, streamline processes, and optimize productivity using M365 technologies. As a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, the M365 Developer ensures seamless operation, efficient collaboration, and effective utilization of M365 tools.

In this role, you will:

Work within a small team providing support and development, ensuring deliverables are met. Administer and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and associated permissions. Organize content within SharePoint, manage versions, and ensure proper version control. Develop workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate. Implement efficient and scalable PowerApps applications, adhering to best practices. Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to integrate PowerApps with existing systems and applications. Produce written documentation to support work and present findings to stakeholders.

In terms of location, our offices are in Bath, Bristol, London, Fareham, Weymouth & Plymouth, offering flexible and hybrid working arrangements for this full-time position.

About you

The M365 Developer role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and using their technical skills to improve the way people work. You'll be a key part of our Enterprise Applications team, helping us get the most out of Microsoft 365 (M365) tools.

·Good experience in SharePoint online and/or application development.

·Proficient in SharePoint administration, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

·Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

·Strong analytical skills, capable of solving problems creatively and logically.

·Ability to work well in a team or independently as required.
