Your new role 
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PSHE Teacher to join our school community. As a PSHE teacher, you will play a crucial role in equipping students with essential life skills, fostering well-being, and promoting positive attitudes. This position is initially temporary, starting from the Easter term, but offers the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver engaging PSHE lessons that cover a wide range of topics, including mental health, relationships, personal finance, and citizenship.Student Engagement: Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable discussing sensitive issues.Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers, parents, and external agencies to enhance the PSHE curriculum.Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods as needed.Promotion of Well-Being: Encourage healthy lifestyle choices, resilience, and emotional intelligence.Community Outreach: Organise workshops, guest speakers, and events related to PSHE topics.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student participation and achievements.Requirements:Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualification or certification.Subject Knowledge: A strong understanding of PSHE topics and current trends.Experience: Prior experience teaching PSHE or related subjects.Adaptability: Willingness to address sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.Commitment: Openness to the possibility of a permanent role based on performance.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Opportunities for professional development.Supportive school environment.Chance to make a lasting impact on students’ well-being.What next
