Job summary

We are looking to recruit Phlebotomists to expand our teams at Basildon and Thurrock University Hospital, Southend University Hospital and other local community clinics throughout South Essex. As a Phlebotomist you will be taking blood samples from patients for all our pathology services.

Main duties of the job

This role is ideally suited for someone who is caring, friendly and has an extremely steady hand. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work and communicate with a large team across multiple sections.

Our Phlebotomy services operate Monday to Sunday and bank holidays from – however we are looking for candidates who can work full time, including weekends and bank holidays.

A full driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential, as you will be required to travel to a variety of community clinic locations, previous experience is not essential as we offer full training. Successful applicants will undergo a
