Job Description
Our Clients large and busy setting in central Leatherhead are looking for an experienced senior practitioner to work alongside , as their deputy, the Room Leader in the settings very busy Baby Unit. You will both equally support and oversee the very large and busy room.  Working a 4.5 day week, salary is c£27k with lovely benefits.

Requirements
Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements

Requirements
