The position of Class 1 Night Trunk Driver involves:

This will involve trunking, making multi-drop collections and deliveries within the Pallet Network, from the depot in Aberdeen to Queenslie depot and reload back to Aberdeen.Loading and unloading of vehicle, ensuring load security.Using a hand held PDA to complete daily vehicle checks.Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers’ expectations.Attending regular training sessions.

Essential skills required for Class 1 Night Trunk Driver:

Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence.Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.Working to deadlines.Confident, polite and a team player.Good geographical knowledge.Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated.
