We are seeking an AI Architect with a passionfor approaching problems differently. The ideal candidate shouldhave a strong foundation in AI principles and technologies with atrack record of implementing AI solutions that drive efficiency andgrowth. This role requires a visionary leader who can identifyopportunities for leveraging AI across the business and leadprojects from concept through toimplementation.

PrimaryResponsibilities

Provenleadership experience in Gen AI research willbe crucial in spearheading our efforts to revolutionize thefinancial industry.

Ability todevelop and deploy advanced technologies such asLLMs financial models and document processingwill be highlyvalued.

Design and drivethe implementation of a scalable and robustcore AI platform and models to enhance operationalefficiency.

Work closelywith investment professionals to translatecomplex workflows into AIsolutions.

Lead theintegration of AI technologies into theexisting tech stack ensuring seamless deployment andoperation.

Provide handsontechnical leadership and core architectural changes using an Agileprogramming approach to deliver commercial softwaresolutions.

Staycontinuously informed of the latest AI research and technologiesevaluating their applicability to our businessobjectives.

Passion forclean maintainable code and always looking to improve engineeringskills in fastpaced ambiguous environments.

Lead by examplefostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment promotingknowledge sharing and encouraging professional growth anddevelopment.

Collaborate withCyber Security Infrastructure and Compliance teams to ensure thedesign and implementation of AI platforms comply with firm bestpractices and industry regulations.

Drive thedevelopment of proprietary solutions that can provide a competitiveedge in the market.

Qualifications &Experience

1015years of experience with at least 8 years working in Finance orrelated industryenvironment.

Individualmust demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills withthe ability to effectively collaborate with team members andstakeholders.

Solidhandson experience in Pythoncoding.

Familiaritywith GenAI chat bots and the ability to implement themeffectively.

TrueNLP (Natural Language Processing) experience or a strong backgroundin datascience.

Demonstratedability to apply existing models to realworld applications; notlooking for model training but rather applicationusage.

Experiencein collaborating on small POCs (Proof of Concepts) with softwaredevelopers.

Strongproven track record of delivering fullstack cloudbasedapplications.

Ability tothrive in a fastpaced and rigorous work environment; demonstratedability to prioritize competing demands and meetdeadlines.

Commercialselfstarter with a willingness to execute projects in a smallnimble team.

Exemplaryinterpersonal skills necessary to handle sensitive information andconfidential situations.

Comfortablechallenging peers and leaders to drive strategyforward.

Teamoriented andcollaborative attitude is a must.
