PositionOverview:The PMO within theCEOs Office plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth andefficient execution of projects and initiatives aligned with thevision of the company. This role will work closely with the founderexecutive team and various stakeholders to drive project successthrough effective project management practices coordination andplanning.
KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Planning:Collaborate with the founder and executive team to define projectgoals objectives and key deliverables aligned with the companysvision and strategicpriorities.
  2. ProjectManagement: Lead and manage projects from initiationto closure ensuring adherence to project scope timelines and budgetconstraints.
  3. StakeholderEngagement: Facilitate communication and collaborationamong crossfunctional teams stakeholders and external partners toensure alignment and buyin throughout the projectlifecycle.
  4. RiskManagement: Identify assess and mitigate project risksand issues proactively to minimize disruptions and ensure projectsuccess.
  5. ResourceAllocation: Work closely with department heads andteam leads to allocate resources effectively including personnelbudget and other necessaryassets.
  6. PerformanceMonitoring: Develop and implement project performancemetrics and KPIs to track progress identify areas for improvementand ensure timely delivery of projectoutcomes.
  7. ProcessImprovement: Continuously evaluate and enhance projectmanagement processes tools and methodologies to optimize efficiencyand effectiveness.
  8. Reporting andDocumentation: Prepare regular status reportspresentations and documentation for internal and externalstakeholders providing insights into project progress achievementsand challenges.
  9. ChangeManagement: Support organizational change initiativesby effectively managing change impacts communication andstakeholder engagement.
  10. AdvisoryRole: Provide guidance support and mentorship toproject teams helping them overcome obstacles leverage bestpractices and achieve projectobjectives.
  11. Calendar Management : Ensureeffective deliverables of the founder by managing the calendarproactively.
Qualifications:
  • Provenexperience 2 years in project management preferably within a PMO orstrategic planning role.
  • Experience in astartup environment or working closely with company founders is amandate.
  • Excellent communication interpersonaland leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborateeffectively at all levels of theorganization.
  • Exceptional analytical andproblemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail and afocus on delivering results.
  • Maturity tomaintain confidentiality.
