Role: Steel Erector

Rates:

We pay the NAECI Blue Book rates and when required; lodge and radius payment. The rate is dependent on your grade. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent will be Grade 5 :

Grade 5 (NVQ Level 3)

Hourly Rate: £21.27
OT1: £29.78
OT2: £38.29
Hourly Bonus: £2.37
You will also get a lodge Stipend of £337.12 pw.

Hours/Shifts: 44hrs plus plenty of overtime in the form of an 11 hour fortnight.

Work Type: Contract PAYE

Job Responsibilities:

• Offloading of wagons in a safe manner

• Fixing and bolting of steel

• Marking out steel work and drawing of holes

• Cutting steel where required

• Adhering to Health and Safety procedures on site

• Following all instructions from the Management

• Operate construction equipment and machinery

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards

• Load or unload construction materials

• Put together and take apart temporary structures

• Perform site clean-up

Essentials

We need someone with a minimum of CSCS Blue skilled, IPAF and CCNSG.
