We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Analytics Engineering to join the team. You’ll work closely within the Data Team and with business leaders to deliver on our mission to become ‘The trusted foundation of every home’. With exciting growth plans, our vision is to make Checkatrade the number one place homeowners go to get their jobs done by quality tradespeople. You’ll lead a high-performing team of Analytics Engineers and collaborate with various business units to align analytics goals with business objectives. Love a fast-paced environment? Location: Kings Cross, London or Portsmouth, Hampshire. Hybrid working applies - 3 days in the office.

Where do you fit in?

Reporting into the Chief Data Officer, the Head of Analytics Engineering will lead the Analytics Engineering team, a key pillar of our Data & Analytics department. This role involves providing governance and best practices for business analytics, supporting distributed analyst teams as well as engaging in complex, high-value analytics projects. You will play a pivotal role in democratising data across the organisation and building data monetisation opportunities.
